We have received reports of various QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES from several clients and MLSbaja will no longer supply any services to this individual until all charges are settled. Charges include collecting cash and moneygram deposits from clients for which he cannot account. Verified documentation on file. Clients have charged he has indicated to them he is the broker and majority owner of MLSbaja.com as well which is false, and has never been the case. He has been an independent agent and client whom MLSbaja.com has in the past assisted with the marketing of various properties.
